Realising the vision of empowerment of the poorest, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday gave instructions to organise ‘Garib Kalyan Mela’ on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.
